BMJ01 single-sided stainless steel composite coil is made of conventional austenitic stainless steel 304 and ordinary carbon steel Q235B for composite rolling, 

and uses controlled rolling and controlled cooling technology to obtain a product with excellent comprehensive properties such as good mechanics and corrosion resistance.

Features

Welding method

Try to use mechanical processing methods to process grooves, with the cladding facing upwards; 

weldment assembly is based on the cladding, and the offset amount is generally not greater than 1/2 of the thickness of the cladding;

It is recommended to use 309L filler material for cladding welding. 

When the thickness of the composite plate is less than 4mm, the same welding materials as the transition layer and cladding layer can be used for base layer welding; 

when the thickness of the composite plate is greater than 4mm, the welding thickness of the transition layer and base layer can be increased, 

and finally carbon steel welding materials are used to weld the base material.
